Chefs Soup of the Day
A soup made from the freshest of ingredients accompanied with a freshly baked bread roll.

Goat’s Cheese and Roasted Red Onion Tortellini
Hand made pasta filled with a mixture of goat’s cheese and red onion served with a sage and double cream sauce.

Salmon ‘Bitok’ with a Jalapeño Mayonnaise
A cake of fresh salmon bound with capers and ginger, pan fried served with a Jalapeño dressing and cucumber salsa.

Bury Black Pudding and Pork Spring Roll
‘’East meets North West’’ with this tasty combination served hot and crispy with a pear and grain mustard chutney.

Poached William Pears with Cantaloupe Melon
A refreshing hors’doeuvre of melon, poached pears and orange segments finished with a blueberry dressing

Oven Baked Fig stuffed with Mozzarella Cheese
This seasonal fruit with buffalo mozzarella wrapped in Parma ham and baked.

Fresh daily delivered fish cooked to the chefs’ own recipe…always a favourite!!

Honey Glazed Salmon on a bed of Pesto Mash
A good slice of salmon brushed with honey and quickly roasted, presented on a bed of pesto favoured mashed potatoes and sweet roasted lemons.

Fresh halibut supreme, grilled and served with hand cut chips and garlic mayonnaise £3.50 Supp

Braised Cushion of Beef with a Herb Dumpling
Marinated beef in red wine and thyme served with a hand made beef suet dumpling and crispy leeks.

Slow Roast Pork on Spring Greens
A generous slice of slowly cooked pork collar on buttered spring greens with a rich gravy.

Cajun Chicken with Pinapple and Mango Salsa
A marinated supreme of chicken, oven baked and topped with mozzarella cheese dressed with a sharp chilled, fruity sauce.

Fillet of Beef Stroganoff
Tender strips of prime English beef fillet quickly sautéed and finished with cream and mushroom sauce...served with a side of poached rice. £3.50 Supp.
